入寮案内
春風学寮は寮生相互が愛と信頼とでもって交流し、共に生活することをめざしています。寮長夫妻や先輩・後輩、また留学生との共同生活をとうして様々な新しい経験をすることができることでしょう。春風学寮での生活に関心をもたれたら入寮を考えるために一度見学していただき、実際の生活をイメージして頂きたいと思っています。見学をご希望の方はメールや電話でご連絡して下さい。また案内パンフレットがありますので、ご希望の方も御連絡下さればお送り致します。

１．入寮するには

入寮までの流れ
　　・見学申し込み　→見学　→書類提出　→面接　→選考　→決定通知　→入寮　
入寮者に求められること
・男子の大学生、大学院生、専門学校生、予備校生
・聖書、古典を学んでみたいという思いを持っていること。
・学寮の精神（愛と信頼）に共感をもち、共同生活にたいして積極的な気持ちを持っていること。　

２　費用

・入寮費　100,000円　
(入寮の際に納めて頂きます。特別な理由がない限りご返金致しません。)
・預かり金 30,000円 原則として、退寮時に返却(クリーニング代金は差し引く)
・寮費（毎月）　65,000円(固定費)　

＊電気代は各寮室の電気メーターにより計り、翌月に請求します。（季節や使い方、電力会社の料金によって変動しますが、500円〜4000円ほどです）　
＊退室時、部屋の損傷が著しい場合はリフォーム代をいただくことがあります。
＊インターネットを使用する場合は、回線使用料1,500円がかかります。
(プロバイダーとの契約は各自でおこなって下さい。)

３.入寮申し込み方法と選考について

➀「精神的自伝」(Intellectual Autobiography／1,000字以上)
自分に影響を与えた体験、人物、書物などについて記し、自分がどういう人格かを説明してください。
②「入寮志望動機」(Motivation for Entering Shunpu Gakuryo/1,000字程度)
将来どういう人間になりたいかを記し、それとの関係でなぜこの寮に入りたいかを説明してください。
③「履歴書」
書式は自由。以下のことを記してください。氏名、年齢、出身校、進学予定校、郵便番号・住所、電話番号、メールアドレス。

④選考について
・面接
必要書類到着後、面接の日取りを決め、寮長・寮母と面接を行います。
・選考
選考委員が必要書類と面接結果と総合的に審査して合否を判定します。この審査は、寮生活を問題なく営んでいけるかどうかを審査するものであり、優秀な者だけを選別するものではありません。
・選考結果
面接後一週間以内にお知らせします。

４．奨学生募集

RECRUITING A SHUNPU DORMITORY SCHOLAR　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　November, 2023

[PURPOSE]
Shunpu Dormitory（春風学寮）founded in 1929 by Yasujiro Dosho is a Christian student dormitory based upon the principle of the Gospel of Christ. Shunpu Christian dormitory accommodates fourteen male students including graduate students studying at universities and colleges in and around Tokyo district. The dormitory provides a common space for students’ communal life in which they engage in learning about life, faith, and a broad range of knowledge.
It was fortunate that in 1987 the dormitory was endowed with “One Seed Scholarship Fund” which enabled us to provide two scholarships: one for a graduate student with U. S. citizenship and the other for a graduate student with the citizenship of the People’s Republic of China or other East and South East Asian countries. Once selected, these graduate students are supposed to live with other Japanese students as “Shunpu Dormitory Scholars.” We would like to recruit graduate students who are studying or planning to study in and around Tokyo district with a sincere aspiration for learning and friendship. Since this is a male student dormitory, we are recruiting only male graduate students.

[CONDITIONS]
１.Period: Two Years from April 2024
２.Provisions
　(1) 80,000 yen per month
　(2) However, the selected scholar has to pay 65,000 yen including the
　　 monthly rent and food expenses from the 80,000 yen (1). He can use
　　 the rest, 15,000 yen, for other expenses.
3. Qualifications
　(1) Graduate students with the citizenship of The U. S., The People’s Republic of China
        and other East and South-East Asian countries.
　(2) Male graduate student entering or studying at university or college 　　　
　　  in and around Tokyo district.
    (3) Graduate student having reliable character, excellent academic record
　　  as well as financial difficulty
    (4) Graduate student who has an understanding for Christianity and who
　　  would like to live with Japanese students in the dormitory.

[APPLICATION PROCEDURE]
１.For an application form and more information, send an e-mail or write a letter to the address below.
2. When you receive the application form, send by post or e-mail the following documents to the address below: application form, graduate school affiliation or admission certificate, academic transcript, your spiritual autobiography (experiences, books, movies … which deeply affected you, what you are interested in, and your future plan including study plan within A4-10 pages), letter of recommendation (confidential) by professor, return envelope with stamps. (In the case of applying from outside Japan, return envelope is not necessary.)
3. Deadline: Application must arrive by February 16th(Fri).
4. The result of the document screening shall be sent to the applicant by February 21nd(Wed).
5. An interview shall be held around the end of February for the short-listed applicants who have passed the document screening. The interview will be held in our dorm, or online through Skype or Zoom.
6. The final result shall be reported by e-mail a few days after the interview.

アメリカ・中国・韓国及び東南アジア諸国の奨学生募集

［趣旨］
（財）春風学寮は、道正安治郎氏によって1929年に創設された、内村鑑三の流れをくむキリスト教精神に基づく学生寮です。本学寮は、東京都下および近郊の大学生と大学院生のための定員14名の男子学生寮で、信仰、人生、学問をともに学ぶ共同生活の場として、これまで有為な多くの若者がそこから育っていきました。1987年に本学寮に留学生のための奨学基金が設置され、中華人民共和国またはアメリカ合衆国の国籍をもつ大学院レヴェルの男子留学生で、経済的支援を必要としている留学生2名に、奨学金を給付してまいりました。そして、2017年度からは大韓民国の国籍を持つ大学院レヴェルの男子留学生を、そして2020年から東南アジア諸国の国籍を持つ大学院レヴェルの男子留学を、それぞれ1名加えることにしました。したがって今回は、アメリカ、中国・韓国・東南アジア諸国の国籍をもつ男子留学生で大学院奨学生を募集いたします。春風学寮スカラーに選ばれた留学生は、春風学寮寮生として、他の在寮生と共同生活をすることになります。キリスト教への理解と共感をもち、本学寮の基本方針を理解し、また学問の志操を高くもった留学生がおられましたら、ご推薦くださいますように、またふるってご応募されますようにお願い申し上げます。

(1)月額80,000円。
(2)この中から寮費（固定費）65,000円を支払う。残額は自由に使うことができる。
3　奨学生の資格　
(1) アメリカ合衆国・中華人民共和国・大韓民国・東南アジア諸国の国籍の人
(2) 大学院（東京、その近郊）に学ぶ男子留学生
(3) 人物、学業ともに優秀で、生活費の支払いが困難と認められる人
（他団体の奨学金の併用も可）
(4) キリスト教精神を理解し、学寮において他の在寮生との共同生活を
希望する人
［応募手続き］
1 Eメールまたはハガキに自分の住所、氏名、郵便番号(zip-code)を記入のうえ、春風学寮宛で奨学願書を請求してください
2 奨学願書、在学証明書（ないし入学許可証）、成績証明書、精神的自伝（生い立ちと今までの歩み、精神的・知的関心事、これから希望と抱負、研究計画などについて書く。／日本語。A4用紙4～10枚）、指導教授の推薦書（密封したもの /日本語）、返信用封筒（住所・氏名を記入の上、切手を貼る）を、下記の住所にご送付ください。
3 締め切り　2月16日（金）・当日必着
4　2月21日（水）頃までに書類審査の結果を書面にてお知らせします。
5 書類審査に合格した候補者には2月下旬に面接試験（Interview）をします。面接はSkypeかZoomで行う予定です。
6　面接終了後２～３日で最終の合否決定のお知らせをEメールでお知らせします。
